Who can Join?
Membership shall be open to company representatives who have decision-making responsibilities for operating and maintaining commercial buildings, apartments, schools, plants, office building, etc. Membership shall also be open to representatives of organizations that provide professional and/or consulting services for a fee, manufacturers, vendors, and dealers/distributors of facility products and services.
Membership Fees
Annual membership dues shall be $110.00 per company, which will allow that organization to send any number of representatives to Association meetings. Membership may be applied for by submitting a membership application to any member of the Executive Committee. The membership year shall be January 1 through December 31. Organizations applying for initial membership during the first six months of the membership year shall pay full-year membership dues. Those organizations applying for initial membership during the second six months of the membership year shall pay one-half of the first year’s membership dues.
After you apply, what’s next?
The Executive Committee will approve membership applications. Any interpretation of the membership guidelines will be determined by a voting majority of the Executive Committee.
