Our Roles Defined
President – Responsible for overall direction; facilitates monthly meeting and monthly Executive Committee meeting; assists with program development; responsible for public relations.
Vice President – Substitutes for President in President’s absence; assists with program development; responsible for public relations.
Treasurer – Finance management, including processing membership dues and golf tournament proceeds; collects mail from P.O. Box.; assists with program development; responsible for public relations.
Membership Chairperson – Responsible for the membership/mailing list and name tags for monthly meetings; provides information to potential and new members; assists with program development; responsible for public relations.
Communications Chairperson – Writes, reviews, edits and distributes the monthly newsletter (via the website); assists in program development; responsible for public relations.
Programs Chairperson – Responsible for making monthly meeting lunch arrangements; assists in program development; responsible for public relations.
